Whether you’ve tasted your grandmother’s peaches or had them from your local grocer, canning and preserving is an essential skill that has been carried on through generations. In the Niagara Region, we are known as the fruit belt of Ontario. What makes our canning and preservation set apart from mass production, is that each product is handcrafted providing our promise of quality over quantity.
